Jiyeun Chang, Ph. D., is a Research Fellow and Vice President at the Korea Labor Institute (KLI). Dr. Chang earned her Ph. D. in sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and joined KLI in 1999. Her research interests include: female and elderly labor market, work-life balance, and income inequality. She is currently working on South Korea’s social safety net.
